Using Ihema
Ihema gives businesses a shared workspace for recording, reviewing, and following up on business activity. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the records you enter, the people you invite, your customer communications, and making sure your use of the service complies with applicable law and your agreements with customers.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid features are governed by the plan and pricing shown in your workspace. Keep billing information current. Limits, renewals, cancellations, and payment status may affect access to paid features.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ihema to break the law, impersonate another person, access another account without permission, distribute harmful code, abuse the service, or store content you do not have the right to use.
Service and termination
We work to keep Ihema available and secure, but the service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control. We may suspend access for serious or repeated misuse.
