Use the service lawfully
Follow applicable laws and respect the rights, privacy, and safety of other people and businesses.
Protect access
Do not share credentials carelessly, bypass workspace permissions, probe our systems, or attempt to access another company’s data.
Keep content safe
Do not upload malware, deceptive payment material, unlawful content, or information that you do not have permission to process.
Respect the service
Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or use Ihema to build a competing service without permission.
If something goes wrong
We may investigate, limit, suspend, or close access when necessary to protect people, data, or the service. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact support@ihema.app.
